CONCEPT

System of pieces designed to re imagine the identity of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca city, in Catamarca province (Argentina). This redesign seeks to convey to tourists a love for the city’s features, promoting known and not so well-known natural and cultural places, which represent the identity of the city: diverse, unique and in unity.

About the project

San Fernando is a warm and polyphonic city, where every citizen has an unconditional love for where they live. Its mountain ranges embrace the city, creating strong ties between flora, fauna and its inhabitants, a remarkable characteristic feature of this region.

Our objective is to promote the known and not so well-known natural places that define the city’s identity: diverse, unique yet still part of the same thing.

For this purpose the discourse is divided into three axes that, in turn, each represent pieces oriented to a sector that we would intervene.

Corporate Colors


3 harmonious main colors that generate low contrast, that convey the diversity and unity message. They also reinforce the festive and carefree characteristic of San Fernando.
We rely on the 3 secondary colors to generate contrast and points of interest: white, black and grey as well.

Tourism Axis (Persuasive Stage)

This first step is where our pieces attract tourists: its objective is to grab the receptor’s attention, in order to attract them to the city.

Cultural Axis (Informative stage)

In this second stage our objective involves introducing the tourist to the many activities and places that we have already mentioned. In this way we will encourage them to go and learn about them.


Public Spaces Axis

This axis is crossed by all the parts of the discourse as they are functional pieces that accompany the tourist while walking within the city, at the same time that they accentuate our brand identity.
